How Mizu pricing works

Cold plunge and sauna quotations depend on the selected equipment, size, finish, configuration, and site requirements. Contact Mizu Freeze with your location and project details for a written quotation. If you have an eligible comparable UAE quote, request our 5% price-beat offer below.

Share the competitor’s dated written quote, model specification, included accessories, warranty terms, delivery and installation scope. We will verify eligibility and issue the Mizu quotation before you decide to order.

The 5% price-beat terms

This offer applies to requests received by 31 October 2026 for new cold plunges and saunas supplied in the UAE.

1. A current, verifiable UAE quote. The competitor must be an identifiable UAE supplier able to supply the quoted product. The written quote must be dated within the previous 14 days and still valid.
2. Equivalent equipment and scope. Compare capacity, materials, features, accessories, and warranty scope. For an ice-forming Mizu plunge, the comparison must include real ice formation. Delivery, installation, and mandatory charges must cover the same work.
3. A clear total. We compare the full payable total on the same VAT basis, including the equivalent delivery and installation scope. The eligible Mizu total is 95% of that verified comparable total. For example, an eligible AED 20,000 total becomes AED 19,000.
4. Standard new-product offers. Used, refurbished, clearance, liquidation, auction, pricing-error, finance-only, and non-itemised bundle offers are excluded. This offer cannot be combined with another Mizu discount.
5. Written confirmation before ordering. Mizu confirms comparability, availability, the final price, inclusions, and sales terms in writing. There is no automatic online discount or retrospective adjustment to an existing order.

If the equipment or scope is different, we will explain the difference and provide a separate quotation. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

For a plunge, confirm real ice formation versus chilled water. For a sauna, confirm heater and controls.

VAT treatment, delivery, installation, site work, and any optional extras shown clearly.

Written warranty, service process, care requirements, consumables, and replacement parts.

The two-year cold plunge warranty

Mizu cold plunges come with a two-year warranty. Ask for the written terms with your quotation so you know the coverage, exclusions, start date, and claim process before ordering.

Confirm how parts, labour, travel, and any transport are handled for a covered repair, and what care records or proof of purchase are needed. A warranty duration alone does not explain the full service you will receive.

Sauna warranty terms are confirmed separately for your selected equipment. Routine servicing and filtration care can be discussed alongside your purchase.

Delivery and installation

Tell us the emirate, installation location, access route, and whether stairs or lifting equipment may be involved. Confirm which delivery and installation tasks are included, which site preparations you need to arrange, and the agreed lead time.

Electrical work, ventilation, drainage, and supporting surfaces depend on the equipment and site. Have those responsibilities clear before placing an order.

Before you pay a deposit

Request a written quotation with the final specification, total payable amount, payment schedule, delivery arrangements, and warranty terms. Ask for the cancellation, change, and return terms that apply, especially for custom-made equipment.
